Terms of Service

1. Who this applies to

These terms cover use of ainur-labs.co.za and the Ainur Labs dashboard. Individual products we build for clients (booking platforms, storefronts, POS systems, and similar) are covered by their own terms where those exist, and by the commercial agreement between Ainur Labs and that client otherwise.

2. What we do

Ainur Labs is a small software team. We design, build, and operate online sales and operations tools — shopping carts, point-of-sale, delivery, booking, and related systems — for clients who engage us directly. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; scope, pricing, and delivery for any project are agreed separately in writing (email is fine) before work starts.

3. Using the website

• You may browse this site and use the contact form to reach us.
• Don't use the site or its forms to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system behind it.
• Content on this site (copy, design, code) belongs to Ainur Labs unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to reference or link to it; wholesale copying for another commercial site isn't.

4. Using the dashboard

• Dashboard access is granted per account for a specific business/purpose. Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
• Each app behind the dashboard may carry its own additional terms specific to what it does (for example, payment processing terms) — those apply alongside these general terms.
• Don't use dashboard access to do anything you're not authorised to do for the business the account belongs to.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the website and dashboard apps available and working correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Planned maintenance and unplanned issues can happen. For live production systems we build for clients, uptime and support commitments (if any) are set out in that client's own agreement, not this general policy.

6. Liability

This website and the general dashboard shell are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by South African law, Ainur Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This doesn't limit or exclude liability that can't lawfully be excluded, and doesn't override any specific written agreement in place for a client project, which takes precedence for that project.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site or dashboard after a change means you accept the update.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
